James Brown is a help desk engineer who joined the Lanspeed team in 2008. James has extensive experience with first line support on Windows and Mac computers. Working as an on-site tech for over two years has provided him with a vast knowledge base of all sorts of software and hardware issues.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also loves his weekends riding in the canyons and foothills behind Santa Barbara. Computers are not only a job but a major interest which a lot of his time gets dedicated to outside of work.
