TITLE: Network Engineer

  • Lead or assist with IT Projects for companies ranging in size from 25 to 500 employees
  • Solve IT problems remotely and on-site
  • Work with our Senior Network Engineers to assist with designing and deploying solutions

Requirements:

The network engineer position requires at least two years of full-time networking experience in a Microsoft environment, and have expertise with network infrastructure, security, and virtualization.

MCITP, CCNA, VMWare, and MS Exchange certification are preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

TITLE: Help Desk Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a friendly and energetic Help Desk Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our loyal customers. The Help Desk Support Engineer will provide remote support by phone, as well as occasional on-site visits when needed.


Requirements: The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills, and will have knowledge of the following:
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 & Win 7/XP Pro/Vista operating systems
  • Microsoft Office 2003/2007
  • Managing Active Directory user accounts & local computer accounts
  • Managing Exchange / POP3 mailboxes
  • Managing file / share permissions
  • Understanding of firewall technologies (SonicWALL preferred)
  • Troubleshooting application issues
  • Troubleshooting basic networking issues
  • Troubleshooting local and network printer issues
  • Handheld devices (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Blackberry)
  • Web Hosting
