Option 2:

Call Help Desk Live at 877-682-9981, and select Option 2 to speak with a live support technician.


Option 3:

Allow a support technician to connect to your system to assist with troubleshooting.

  • Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to this page where you can click on the "Remote Support" link on the right to take you to our remote support web site. Your technician will provide you with a unique support key. You will then enter the support key and your name in order to initiate the remote screen sharing session.
  • You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
